Pastoral
guidance, support,
and accountability
to help you
fulfill yourcalling.
It is time for a safe space community where pastors receive spiritual guidance, discipleship, and edification.
HERE’S WHY
In order to build healthy churches that multiply faith-filled disciples,
its essential to provide education and support to their leaders.
65%*
of pastors report feelings of loneliness, and 18% admit these feelings occur frequently.
46% *
of pastors under 45 say they are considering quitting full-time compared to 34% of pastors 45 and older.
38%*
of U.S. pastors have thought about quitting full-time ministry in the past year, up 9 full points from the beginning of 2021.

GROWTH HAPPENS IN
COMMUNITY
As a community, we’ll help pastors grow spiritually, evangelize, and disciple. This will involve:
Local cohorts
Conferences
Individual spiritual direction sessions
We’ll endeavor to provide a safe space for pastoral collaboration, which will bring unity to the Body of Christ and reduce competition and comparison. We’ll work with pastors to build strong spiritually and emotionally healthy teams.
