Leader · Speaker · Community Advocate

Be a leader worth following.

One of my earliest memories involves me gathering my toys together for a weekly teaching session. Unbeknownst to me, this innocent activity revealed that I was born to teach and lead others, even though some called me bossy or said I talked too much. Hearing those words impacted my self-esteem; it caused me to downplay my abilities and grow quiet. It wasn't until I was given leadership roles in high school and at church that I began to get comfortable in my own skin and realize my path as a teacher, counselor, and mentor. Today, I build and motivate leaders and teams to achieve their desired goals.

With over 25 years of senior project management and leadership experience at a Fortune 100 company and as a John Maxwell Team Member Leadership Coach, I enjoy mentoring, inspiring, empowering, and equipping leadership teams to build sustaining and healthy cultures and communities. I'm the Founder and CEO of Women of Purpose, a movement born out of divine inspiration to see every woman I know discover, develop, and live their purpose. I lead this organization with a power team of like-minded team that intentionally prepares women to discover, develop, and activate their purpose.

As a community advocate, I have previously served as Board Chair for the Shalom House, creating initiatives to empower and transform lives. Once a Board of Trustee Member for Junior Achievement in South Central PA, I advocated for student excellence by focusing on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. I also served on the Board of the Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg (CSAGH), preparing students to impact their world for Christ by partnering with families to provide Christ-centered education that sharpens minds, deepens faith, and develops gifts. My faith in God fuels my passion and drive. As a servant leader, I equip non-profit organizations and faith-based leaders through practical teaching and mentoring for ministry and community service. I've also led in the following capacities over the last 18 years: elder, ordained pastor, ministry leader, teacher, faith-based strategist, and I currently serve as the Operations Director at my local church, Mount Calvary Church of God in Christ. I furthered my education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. I'm enrolled in Seminary to earn a Master's in Biblical Ministries with a concentration in Leadership from Lancaster Bible College – Capital Seminary & Graduate School to expand my expertise in building healthy and sustainable teams, churches, and movements.

Are you ready to grow in your leadership and invest in your teams? This is my passion! Let's work together towards reaching your goals.
